Speaker Bio:
Sonia Romero has been in the health and wellness field for over 26 years. She is a mother of two boys 21 and 27. Sonia received her training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. During her training, Sonia studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. She is also a Functional medicine chef, personal trainer, and certified in the psychology of eating and SRT Certified Subconscious Release Technique. These techniques help with behavior habits of bad dieting and cravings. Sonia loves helping women and men take control over their health with nutrition and a lifestyle so they never have to diet again or worry about their health!
