ACCESSIBILITY
Participants are encouraged to bring their own Support Service Provider (SSP) if needed. The USH Local Social registration fee will be waived for personal SSPs. If you live in Massachusetts and need an SSP, ask your Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB) case manager to fill out the referral form and send that to Jonathan Lejeune at jlejeune@deafinconline.org. DBCAN will process the request to provide SSP or CN services. Requests need to be coordinated two weeks in advance of the event. For participants in other states, please check your USH Ambassador page to see if your state has an SSP-coordinating agency.

Written cancellations received by September 10th will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after September 10, 2023. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Julia at j.dunning@usher-syndrome.org.
